Warranty and Returns
Warranty Terms:
Unless otherwise specified, all products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. To ensure that warranty conditions apply, be sure to check the product during delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and create a record. Changes made to the product, deformation, or alteration of the original design are not covered by the warranty.
Delivery and Shipping:
Orders of 1500 TL or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
You will receive a notification when your order is shipped.
Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days.
If you have an account, you can also track your order status on your membership page.
Returns:
If you placed an order with your account:
Go to the “My Orders” page and click the “RETURN” link next to the product you want to return.
Once your return request is submitted, you will receive an email confirming that your request has been received.
When your return request is approved by our team, you will receive an email with an “exchange code.”
Take the product, properly packaged with the original invoice, to the designated courier branch using the provided code.
For approval, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the invoice.
If you use a courier other than the designated one, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
Once we receive your return, our team will verify that it meets the conditions. If approved, the product amount will be refunded to your account or card.
The time for the refunded amount to appear on your card depends on your bank and may take 1 to 7 business days.
For exchanges, return your order and create a new one.
If the product you purchased from our website is defective upon delivery, please contact us. 📦🔍
